The Leader Programme

The Leader programme aims to provide funding to farmers, foresters, rural businesses and community organisations.  Oxford Web have just launched the www.leader-programme.org.uk website on behalf of the Leader programmes in Aylesbury Vale and rural Milton Keynes, and the Chilterns.
